R3O Partner Programme Terms & Conditions

Joining the R3 Online Partner Programme

To sign up as R3 Online Partner (“Partner”):

  • Fill out the online partner form and click submit.
  • Await receipt of your registration confirmation.

The partner has two choices as to how submitted jobs are handled by R3 Online.

  1. The partner refers the client directly to an R3 Online sales representative under the Client Referral Option.
  2. The partner contacts R3 Online directly under the Partner Discount Option for each job.

These terms do not govern all relationships between Partner and its customers but only those that meet the criteria set out below.

Process for Referring a Job / Client Referral Option

  • If you are not already a Partner, sign up to obtain your unique partner account number.
  • Contact a R3 Online sales representative and provide them with the end user client information and your Partner account number or your company name.
  • R3 Online will be solely responsible for managing the sales cycle with your customers, and will contract directly with your client. You agree to not present proposed contracts or pricing to the introduced client for the services required, or be engaged in the sales cycle, unless requested by R3 online.
  • Referral fees on services provided to the client are payable net 30 calendar days to the Partner from when R3 Online receives payment from the client.
  • R3 Online will contact you requesting an invoice for the referral fee, Partner will then have 6 months in which to provide an invoice. Where Partner fails to provide the invoice within this time, no referral fee will be payable.

Process for Reselling a Job / R3 Online Partner Discount Option

  • If you are not already a Partner, sign up to obtain your unique Partner account number.
  • Contact a R3 Online sales representative and provide them with your Partner account number.
  • R3 Online will deal directly with the Partner.
  • The discount on services will be applied at the invoice level. Recovered data is not returned until the invoice for that job has been paid. Timely payment of invoices by Partner is required to retain standing in R3 Online’s Partner Programme.

Process for Reselling a Job / R3 Online Partner Discount Option

Exclusions and limitations to the programme:

  • No commission fee is payable by R3 Online for jobs which cannot be identified by Partner’s account number or company name.
  • A referral fee or discount applies to the first six months of invoices only for a referred job.
  • If a client contacts R3 Online or R3 Data Recovery directly before a referral by a Partner, then no commission fee is payable by R3 Online to the Partner for the referred job.
  • Any additional costs incurred by the Partner, including but not limited to, media, couriers and related charges are not refundable by R3 Online.
  • Jobs must be agreed by the client within 180 days of the referral. As a general rule no commission fee is payable by R3 Online for jobs that have been agreed after 180 days of the referral. Partner may request an extension to the 180 day period for the referral and subsequent payment of commission, however, any extension to the time period and payment of commission will be at R3 Online’s sole discretion.
  • Costs for which R3 Online must seek debt collection remedies will be discounted and/or paid pro rata based upon the payments secured.
  • No referral fees are payable on reopened jobs with extended / escalated work.
  • Unless a referral has occurred for client’s future job, no referral fees are payable by R3 Online for all future direct jobs between the referred client and R3 Online.
  • Job refusal is at R3 Online’s sole discretion, grounds for refusal include but are not limited to jobs from:

    • existing R3 Online & R3 Data Recovery customers;
    • entities currently in negotiations with R3 Online or R3 Data Recovery to become clients; and
    • clients who are involved in a matter that creates a potential conflict for R3 Online or R3 Data Recovery and/or its other clients.
  • Any partner offerings.

Other conditions

  • R3 Online shall have sole discretion in granting partner registration.
  • R3 Online can revoke partner status immediately at any time and retains the right to discontinue the programme.
  • R3 Online retains the right to determine any terms on which it may provide its services to customers.
  • Rules governing this partner programme are subject to change without notice. Any changes will be posted on the R3 Online website.
